1. About Us

These Terms & Conditions apply to all sales of goods by Richmond Paper Supply Company (Liverpool) Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) to business customers (“you”, “your”).

We operate on a business-to-business (B2B) basis only and do not sell to consumers.

2. Orders

• All orders placed via our website, email, telephone, or sales team are subject to acceptance by us.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to stock availability, pricing errors, delivery constraints, or operational reasons.
• Once accepted, orders may not be cancelled without our prior agreement.

3. Prices

• All prices are shown exclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise.
• Prices may change without notice.
• If an obvious pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel or amend the order prior to dispatch.

4. Payment

• Payment is required at the time of order, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Orders will not be dispatched until cleared funds are received.
• We reserve the right to suspend or cancel delivery if payment has not been received.

5. Delivery

• Delivery options, charges, timeframes, and regional coverage are set out on our Delivery page, which forms part of these Terms.
• Standard deliveries operate Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
• Delivery dates are estimates; customers will be advised of a confirmed delivery date prior to dispatch.
• Saturday deliveries are not standard and are available only by agreement with us and subject to an additional surcharge.
• Free delivery thresholds exclude remote locations, Northern Ireland, offshore destinations, and other surcharged areas.

6. Delivery Addresses & Access

• Deliveries will be made to the address provided at the time of ordering.
• You are responsible for ensuring the delivery location is suitable for the agreed delivery method.
• Failed deliveries due to access issues, incorrect details, or no authorised recipient may incur additional charges.

7. Risk & Ownership

• Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
• Ownership of goods remains with Richmond Paper Supply Company (Liverpool) Ltd until payment has been received in full.

8. Inspection of Goods

• Goods must be inspected upon delivery.
• Any damage, shortages, or discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Claims made outside this timeframe may not be accepted.

9. Returns & Refunds

• All returns require prior authorisation.
• Returned goods must be unused and in original packaging.
• Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
