Ordering & Delivery Information (Key Points)
- Orders are processed Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm (excluding bank holidays).
- Cut-off: orders placed before 12:00 midday are normally processed same day; after 12:00 → next working day.
- Standard delivery is typically within 2 working days depending on location and delivery type. See delivery matrix above.
- Next-day: often possible Tue–Fri where routes allow (cut-off applies). While next working day delivery is not guaranteed, urgent deliveries may sometimes be possible depending on stock, location and operational schedules.

- Saturday delivery is available by agreement only and may incur additional charges.
- Monday deliveries: usually only available via pre-scheduled Richmond vans for existing customers (not via carriers).

- Some bulky, heavy or wholesale-type products may require pallet delivery and will normally be identified on the product page.

Delivery Options – Details (What to expect)
Standard Parcels & Mixed Deliveries
- Delivered by Richmond vans and/or trusted courier partners.
- Timed services, restricted access deliveries and Saturday deliveries are by agreement and may incur additional charges.
- Certain congestion, remote or surcharge areas may carry additional delivery charges where applicable.
Pallet Deliveries
- Some products, including bulky, heavy or wholesale-type items, may require pallet delivery.
- Prices shown are based on standard pallet quantities and access conditions.
Multi-pallet consignments, restricted access sites or tail-lift requirements may incur additional charges.
- In Merseyside and much of the North West, pallets are often delivered using Richmond vans.

- FREE from 1–3 Forge Street, Liverpool, L20 8JG — no minimum order applies.
Remote, NI, Surcharge Areas and International
- Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, offshore areas, congestion charge zones and certain remote mainland locations may require additional charges and extended lead times.
- Where applicable, we will always contact you before dispatch if additional delivery charges apply.
Returns & Refunds (Summary)
- Goods supplied in error → FULL REFUND.
- Damaged/faulty goods → notify within 24 hours for replacement/refund.
- Incorrectly ordered items → case by case (refunds unlikely).
