We have been working with Richmond Paper Supply for around 10 years.

We choose to use Richmond Paper Supply over alternative suppliers due to their ability to accommodate ‘same day’ deliveries. As we only have small storage areas, we are only able to order little and often which require more frequent deliveries each week.

We also use Richmond Paper Supply as we receive fantastic customer service – whether that be over the phone or when our products are delivered – nothing is too much trouble.

We’re constantly seeking new and unusual disposable products for our menus and when we describe something we tend to receive a sample of suitable products a day later. Richmond also tends to match prices for us when we find alternative suppliers or can provide us with a list of prices at the drop of a hat.

We value the excellent customer service we receive and the timely manners that we receive our deliveries. The drivers know the staff really well and are personable and reliable when we require our products.

Our need for takeaway/disposable packaging has increased as we gear more towards a ‘street food’ type offering in our areas – this is where we require some unusual products for an affordable price. We are also a very quick and fast paced service, where a lot of our guests take their food to offices/classrooms etc and we require extremely affordable takeaway boxes for this as we can serve over 400 a day.
